Data We Collect

When you create an account or submit an intake form, we collect your name, email address, professional credentials, and any documents you choose to submit for indexing. We also collect standard usage telemetry (query counts, response latencies) to operate and improve the platform.

We do not collect payment information directly — all billing is handled by our payment processor and governed by their privacy policy.

How We Use It

Account data is used solely to operate your account, process royalty payments, and communicate platform updates. Document content is used exclusively for retrieval at query time within your isolated vault. It is never used for model training, advertising, or shared with third parties beyond the enterprise clients you explicitly authorize.

Usage telemetry is aggregated and anonymized before any internal analysis. It is never sold.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion, to allow for dispute resolution. Document indexes are deleted within 72 hours of vault withdrawal. Usage logs are retained for 12 months for audit and compliance purposes, then permanently deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Requests can be made through the expert portal or by contacting us directly. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to certain processing. We comply with applicable data protection law in all jurisdictions where we operate.
